We walk the property, talk look and color, and map every run of the roofline, trees and walkways.
Install
Custom-cut commercial lights, clipped — never stapled — and hidden wiring on a timer. Usually one visit.
All season
A bulb out or a storm knocks a run loose? One call and we're back out, no charge.
Takedown & storage
In January we pull it all down and store it labeled for your house. Next year it goes up faster.

Christmas light FAQ
When should I book?
As early as you can. We start installs in early November and the calendar fills fast — the best dates go to returning clients and early bookings. Reserve now and we'll schedule your install for whenever you'd like it lit.
Do I own the lights?
It's a seasonal lease. You get commercial-grade lights, custom-cut to your home, without owning, storing or replacing anything. If you'd rather buy your setup outright, we can do that too — just ask.
What if a bulb goes out?
Call us. In-season service is included in every package — we come back out and fix it, usually within a couple of days, at no extra charge.
Can you match my HOA's rules?
Yes. Warm-white only, no color, take-down by a certain date — tell us the guidelines and we'll design within them.
Do you do commercial and community properties?
We do — commercial Christmas lighting for storefronts, offices, churches, entrances and HOA common areas. Ask for a walkthrough quote.
